For this project, I was required to collaborate with a group to organise an exhibition focusing on mental disorders such as OCD, ADHD, and Anxiety to address the the misconceptions and stigma. However, I struggled to participate fully due to my preference for working independently. Typically, I prefer to plan my tasks without needing others' input. Consequently, I found it challenging to contribute substantially to the group's discussions and decision-making processes. Though I initially shared some ideas and outlined my final project plans, I felt limited in my involvement throughout the project. Reflecting on this experience, I recognise the importance of balancing independence with collaboration, acknowledging that while autonomy can be empowering, collective input often leads to richer outcomes.
